A shipment email notification will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that shipping details may not appear on the tracking website for the first few days. Once your order has been received by our international shipping hub, your package will be ready for tracking.

Do I have to Pay Import Duty?
Depending on your country and the value of your order, your local customs may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives.
These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are paid to the courier or post office before delivery.
Some countries don't charge import duty or tax on smaller orders, and many don't charge anything if your order total is under USD 50. For some of these countries we send larger orders in separate parcels to stay under that limit, so the freight cost can be higher and your items may arrive on different days. Orders to high-tax countries are also sent separately and may or may not be charged tax. If you're not sure about your country, please check with your local customs office.
